2020-2021 School Year

We offer a rolling enrollment, which means we welcome all new families to join us anytime during the school year as space allows. Space is currently available for all age groups for the 2020-2021 school year.

In light of COVID-19, we are hosting virtual open houses. Our next open house is slated for April (TBD), so please stay tuned.

Registration Process

  • All classes run from September through June.  We broadly follow the Seattle Public School schedule.
  • This is NOT a drop-off daycare, though there are drop off days depending on your child’s age group. Parent involvement is critical to the success and day-to-day operation of Madison Park Co-op. Making Payments

Please email our Registrar (registrar@madisonparkcoop.com) to begin and complete your enrollment paperwork. All registration is done through our online payment system, Jovial, at which point families pay for first and last months’ tuition and a registration fee. **NOTE: Tuition payments (less the registration fee) are refundable until August 1. At the time of registration, families can choose one of two payment options for their remaining tuition:

  1. Recurring payments. These are made on the first of the month from October – April; OR
  2. Payment in full on October 1st.

Please note there is a 3.5% convenience fee charged with credit card transactions. There is no convenience fee for bank account/ACH transactions.

The Enrichment Fee will automatically be added to the October 1st payment.

Should there be any difficulty processing your payments, it is your responsibility to see that the co-op receives updated payment information. Monthly tuition payments not received by the 15th of the month of which it is due will be charged a late fee of up to $15 a week.


Scholarships to attend Madison Park Co-op are available. Application forms can be obtained from the Treasurer and can be submitted at the beginning of the school year or anytime a family is in need. The scholarship process is confidential.
